The weight or size of gold, diamonds, or other precious metal used to make jewelry items ordered by the customer may vary by 5% in the finished product. The discrepancy, if any, will be attributable to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry product.
The consumer understands and accepts that if they receive a product weighing more than the value paid for, they must bear the cost of any additional material (Gold, Diamond, or any precious metal). Kwinashe will reimburse the difference if the customer receives a product with a lower product weight than the value paid for.
Kwinashe is free to use or distribute such donated content for any reason, with or without notice or compensation to you. Kwinashe is under no obligation to use the provided content or your inputs and may, at its sole discretion, remove any such content or submission at any time. Kwinashe maintains the right to terminate your access to online mediums anytime and for any reason.

Kwinashe has a zero-tolerance policy against conflict diamonds. We exclusively buy diamonds from the largest and most respected suppliers, who proudly adhere to and enforce the highest standards. All diamonds supplied by Kwinashe are purchased from authorized sources and are conflict-free.
You hereby agree and warrant not to upload, post or otherwise transmit via the online mediums any content that is harmful, misleading, offensive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, violent, libelous, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise objectionable; infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity right, privacy right, copyright or other intellectual property or any rights of any party; constitutes unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information; contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files or code, files and programs designed to impede or destroy the functionality of any computer hardware or software; or spyware and malware designed for phishing and to compromise the data security and integrity, and obtain sensitive personal or financial information.
