At Kwinashe, every diamond and jewelry piece is created with exceptional care and inspected under stringent quality standards before it reaches you. Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our products, we maintain a No-Return Policy. However, in the rare event that an incorrect product is delivered, we provide a structured process for verification and return. This policy ensures transparency and fairness while protecting both our valued clients and the integrity of our brand

Eligibility for Returns

A return request will only be considered under the following condition:

• An incorrect product has been delivered (different from the confirmed order).
To qualify:

• The customer must provide a clear unboxing video or high-resolution images of the parcel at the time of opening.

• The issue must be reported to our Client Care team within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with any certificates or documents provided.

No other reasons such as change of preference, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse will qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

To uphold quality and exclusivity, the following are strictly non-returnable:

• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry.

• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

• Products reported beyond the 24-hour claim window.

• Gift cards, complimentary items, and promotional products.

Return Process

If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please follow these steps:

2. Verification

• Submit the required unboxing video or images.

• Our Quality Assurance team will review your request.

3. Approval
• If verified, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC)along with instructions for safe return shipping.
4. Return & Inspection

• The product must be repacked securely in its original packaging, including invoice and certification (if applicable).

• Once received, the product will undergo a thorough quality check.

5. Replacement

o Upon successful verification, we will replace the product with the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

As we follow a No-Refund Policy, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

• If a return claim is approved (wrong product delivered), a replacement will be issued.

• Refunds will only be considered if the exact replacement is unavailable, at the sole discretion of Kwinashe.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

International Orders

• Return requests will follow the same conditions as above.

• Customers will be responsible for international return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, unless the error is on our side.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original payment currency, subject to exchange rate variations.
